Ride the Waves of Life:
Transition. Challenges. Support. Facilitate.
My Practice Philosphy"For as long as I can remember I have been curious about what motivates, challenges and sustains people as individuals, within relationships and in their communities. I see change is a natural and constant presence in each of our lives. With change comes challenge, as well as opportunities to continue our spiritual growth. During these changes and transitions sometimes we can become overwhelmed and may have trouble seeing the direction and decisions that can help support and sustain us. Emotional support during these times of uncertainty as well as a different perspective from a professional can often be grounding and beneficial until we regain our equilibrium and begin to move forward into more sustainable personal growth. Resilience is important and sustaining and I believe that we can all develop and refine this skill within ourselves when we are supported." Joanne 2009

We all have the capacity to grow and the transitions of life provide with us many opportunities to become our authentic and capable self.
Each individual brings a unique persona, personal history and one's own experience of a transition, challenge or loss being faced. As we move through life transitions, it is crucial to re-discover and fine-tune our strengths to "ride the waves of life". |
"The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into to it and join the dance." Alan Watts
